Poll | H1N1
So, recycling sermons is okay, but make sure you wash your hands before reusing them, which brings us to this weeks poll. To what extent has the H1N1 changed your behaviour or has it? Tell us on this weeks poll.

I love tattoos. I have five of them and they all have meaning for me. I have an empty cross representing, to me, that Jesus died for our sins and rose from the dead. I also have a celtic knot, symbolizing my celtic ancestry and the holy trinity, as it incorporates the triskeles symbol. There is [...]

I have been a Christian all my life. I am thankful for my Christian parents who took to heart the words of a well known poem “Children live what they learn.” I grew up through the Salvation Army and all the available programs and became an active band member and vocalist at a very young [...]

Ever since I began my walk with the Lord in 1996, I have felt God’s call to Officership upon my life. I am very excited to be a part of the Ambassadors of Holiness session. Rose and I will never forget our experience in Bishop’s Falls Newfoundland. We will always cherish the friendships we made there and the beauty of the island. There seems to be a rule that a plate of food is not full until the gravy pours over the side and it is not thoroughly enjoyed until [...]

About two months ago in Portage La Prairie a teen girl was attacked on her way home one night from a friend’s house. Doctors had to perform emergency brain surgery to save the young girls life after she was beaten and left in a junk yard in Portage. I was shocked to hear such a [...]

Praying Scripture – Micah 6:8-10
He has shown you,
O mortal, what is good.
And what does the LORD require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy
and to walk humbly with your God.
Living Scripture - Psalm 25:3
No one who hopes in you
will ever be put to shame.

CFOT was pleased to welcome special guests Colonels Floyd and Tracey Tidd to our In Sunday on January 22, 2012.
The focus of their message was “Hope” and cadets and officers shared stories of life situations that may have seemed hopeless but which eventually brought them to know hope.
This In Sunday was also blessed by the attendance of our Field Based Training cadets – Peck-Ee Wong and Leonard Heng, and Kim and Darryl Burry (and their family).
