I grew up in a devout Catholic home in Wisconsin. Through a friend I came to know God more personally at age 13. As a young child, I had a desire to serve God; however it was not until the spring of 2005 when God gave me a clear call to serve Him as a Salvation Army Officer.
I am very thankful for my training and preparation period at CFOT. It is an intensive program but they have a lot to teach before sending people into full-time ministry. During this time my knowledge of and love for God has grown deeper.
I have many hobbies. I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. I like carpentry (yes, the tools are mine), experiential cooking, sewing (without patterns), playing board games, card-making, soap-making, stain-glass, fishing, etc.
My hope for ministry is to rely on God as my source to direct my path and to give him all the glory so that He can say “well done, good and faithful servant.”
