Stopping only to digest a handful of trail mix, cadets dutifully study for their upcoming Old Testament Prophets exam. Such study parties are frequent at CFOT these days as we end our regular classes and prepare for exams. Studying is a way of life both at CFOT and in the field, as officers dedicate their lives to the study of God’s word. Through study we come to learn the knowledge of God and we also learn more about ourselves. As the old adage says, “The unexamined life is not worth living.” Very true, but notice how “unexamined” contains the word “EXAM”? Please keep cadets in your prayers this week as we conclude our regular studies.

CFOT was pleased to welcome special guests Colonels Floyd and Tracey Tidd to our In Sunday on January 22, 2012.
The focus of their message was “Hope” and cadets and officers shared stories of life situations that may have seemed hopeless but which eventually brought them to know hope.

This In Sunday was also blessed by the attendance of our Field Based Training cadets – Peck-Ee Wong and Leonard Heng, and Kim and Darryl Burry (and their family).
