Praying Scripture – Micah 6:8-10
He has shown you,
O mortal, what is good.
And what does the LORD require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy
and to walk humbly with your God.
Living Scripture - Psalm 25:3
No one who hopes in you
will ever be put to shame.

CFOT was pleased to welcome special guests Colonels Floyd and Tracey Tidd to our In Sunday on January 22, 2012.
The focus of their message was “Hope” and cadets and officers shared stories of life situations that may have seemed hopeless but which eventually brought them to know hope.
This In Sunday was also blessed by the attendance of our Field Based Training cadets – Peck-Ee Wong and Leonard Heng, and Kim and Darryl Burry (and their family).

Hello. I kind of feel that the H1N1 hype is not anything substantial. When the seasonal flu comes around, we all try our best to be more diligent in our cleanliness and I think the same needs to be done now. The seasonal flu affected millions across the globe, with fatalities also in the hundreds. The fatalities were the young, elderly, and those who are more prone to complications with illness. The same goes for the H1N1. I just don’t see the reason for the hype.
