I love tattoos. I have five of them and they all have meaning for me. I have an empty cross representing, to me, that Jesus died for our sins and rose from the dead. I also have a celtic knot, symbolizing my celtic ancestry and the holy trinity, as it incorporates the triskeles symbol. There is a treble
clef in the middle of my back which is for my love of music and worshipping God through music, and a part of a Bible verse which reads “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come” and those are words from my favourite hymn. On my right bicep is a frog and that comes from my Dad’s nickname for me and that I collect frogs (I know, not religious at all it’s my one exception). These are a way I express myself, my faith, and they are a great conversation opener to tell people about God, when they ask why I have a certain design or writing on me.
