chrisEver since I began my walk with the Lord in 1996, I have felt God’s call to Officership upon my life. I am very excited to be a part of the Ambassadors of Holiness session. Some of my deepest desires are to help and encourage others but,I believe, the most important desire is reaching out to lost souls.

I have a variety of hobbies and interest.   They consist of: reading, walking, visiting, traveling, fishing, outdoor activities and volunteering within the community. At my home Corps I’m known as a prayer warrior. I am a believer in the power of prayer along with reading God’s word. I spend quality time in prayer daily. My most treasured gift is a prayer bench my wife Tonia designed and had made for me as a birthday gift.

My favorite scripture verse is Romans 8: 28 which says, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

  1. Captain Tony Brushett Says:

    Chris;
    We prayed for you and your sessionmates last night in our evening meeting at about the exact same time you would have started your welcome meeting. Enjoy the ride, my friend. The road won’t always be smooth, but by going hand in hand with God throughout this journey, I can assure you the rewards are countless. We look forward to seeing you and Tonia real soon and all our love and blessings from your corps family in Green’s Harbour.

    Praying Scripture – Micah 6:8-10

    He has shown you,
    O mortal, what is good.
    And what does the LORD require of you?
    To act justly and to love mercy
    and to walk humbly with your God.

    Living Scripture -  Psalm 25:3

    No one who hopes in you
    will ever be put to shame.

  • In Sunday January 22 2012

    CFOT was pleased to welcome special guests Colonels Floyd and Tracey Tidd to our In Sunday on January 22, 2012.
    The focus of their message was “Hope” and cadets and officers shared stories of life situations that may have seemed hopeless but which eventually brought them to know hope.

    This In Sunday was also blessed by the attendance of our Field Based Training cadets – Peck-Ee Wong and Leonard Heng, and  Kim and Darryl Burry (and their family).
