SK Circuit | Turbo the Astronaut
Wed, Aug 26, 2009
The summer might be nearly finished, but I know God still has plenty in store for me. As I think back over my summer appointment in Saskatchewan’s North East Circuit, I am truly thankful for all that God has allowed me to be a part of in the communities of Melfort, Tisdale and Nipawin. My wife and I have had the unique experience of serving in three corps and we have received countless blessings in each one! I have built relationships with the teens in the area through a Friday Night Ecumenical youth group, been a part of the Thrift
Store ministry (and yes it is a ministry!), visited with members of each congregation, and planned and ran a space themed VBS in Prince Albert. I even made a special guest appearance as “Turbo, the Salvo Astronaut!” God has greatly blessed me this summer through all of these opportunities and more besides.
Now as I look to the future, I know God is going to continue to bless and use me at The Territorial School of Music and Gospel Arts as we minister to the youth of Canada and Bermuda who attend.

Great to hear Fred. You guys have been in my prayers. Now that the summer assignment is over I will reveal that you were my prayer person I selected in June. No matter that the summer is over prayer continues. See you in June at commissioning.
Blessings,
Andre
