I was born in Calgary into a Christian family. I graduated from Rocky Mountain Bible College with a Bachelors of Religious Education, and prior to coming to CFOT I was working for the Calgary Health Region as a Social Worker with people who had legal issues and mental health concerns.
I decided to make a career change and purchased a lawn care company, and while I spent my days cutting lawns for eight hours at a time God began to speak to me about Officership. This passage in Matthew’s gospel spoke to me, “The workers were few”. God spoke to me to say, “The workers are still few and I needed to accept the call to full time ministry”. My reply was, “Not my will, but yours be done”.
After this I applied to train as an officer. Here I am now with my wife, Michelle and our 2 children in Winnipeg, and I can testify that God continues to show me his grace on a daily basis.
