Brass bands are great for parades, but they only last about 20 seconds in -30 Winnipeg. BUT, timbrels don’t freeze, and the CFOT crew took to Portage Avenue for the annual Christmas Parade. They were a hit as they marched for miles and played their hearts out. Here are some of the pictures from the event. Click on the photo for a closer look.
